Put Your Eyes On The Mix

I developed MultiInspector for long studio sessions to assist your ears. MultiInspector visualizes up to 16 different audio signals in real time in one window only. Detect the overlapping frequencies in your mix!

MultiInspector comes with FFT mode and 31 Band Third Octave mode.

 
 

Choose Display Mode

H-Align/Overlay: In Third Octave Mode the width of the level bars is automatically adjusted according to the number of signals currently viewed. In FFT mode all signals overlap with semi-transparent regions.
 
 

V-Align: The spectral data is aligned vertically without space. This mode provides an instant overview of the overall frequency distribution.
 
 

V-Space: The spectrum of every signal is displayed in an own view. Views are ordered vertically.

Additional Features

  • 31 band third octave mode. A switchable high resolution mode gives a detailed view of low frequency bands.
  • FFT mode:
    • FFT sizes from 512 to 16384 samples.
    • Window options: Rectangular, Hann, Hamming, Blackman, Blackman-Harris, Flat Top.
    • Switchable semi-transparent display of the FFT curves for easy detection of overlapping frequency ranges.
    • Resolution options: Full, fractions of octaves (1, 1/2, 1/3, ..., 1/9, 2/3, 3/4).
  • Name panel: Every signal can be given a name to clarify the usage in a mix setup.
  • Measurement cursor for frequency and level.
  • Pause button.
  • Sample rates from 32 kHz up to 192 kHz.
  

System Requirements

Windows:

  • Windows XP/Vista/7/8 (x86 and x64).
  • VST 2.4 compatible host software.

Mac OS X:

  • Mac OS X 10.4/10.5/10.6/10.7/10.8.
  • VST 2.4 or AU compatible host software. Universal Binary, PowerPC and Intel supported.
